The document reads in part: Bibi Nisaʼ Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Muhammad Taqi (son of Aqa ʻAli) and wife of Muhammad Baqir Yazdi, settled silk with the daughter of Aqa Muhammad (son of Aqa Husayn, the moneychanger from Yazd) and wife of Aqa Muhammad Javad. December 23, 1875.

Settlement between Bibi Khanum Bihjat and her mother, Shari‘at al-Hajiyah, 1898
Bibi Khanum Bihjat, the daughter of Haji Mirza Muhammad Hashim, known as Haji Mirza Aqa Mustawfi, and the wife of Aqa Mirza ‘Ali the secretary, has transferred all her belongings, the value of which ranges between one to three thousand tumans, with no exceptions, to her mother Shari‘at al-Hajiyah, the daughter of Haj Mirza Aqa, the former representative of Shiraz, in exchange for one thousand dinars.

Copy of the text of Nasir al-Din Shah's decree: ""Following the death of my uncle, Malik Qasim Mirza, for the sake of those surviving him, 2000 tumans cash and 100 kharvars [unit of weight] were given to his children. After the death of Khudadad Khan, his stipend was confiscated by the court. From now on, his stipend will be divided among the inheritors as stated: Imam Quli Mirza (cash: 1000 tumans, goods: 50 kharvars), Shahzadah Khanum (cash: 400 tumans, goods: 20 kharvars), Riza Quli Mirza (cash: 340 tumans, goods: 25 kharvars), Zaynab Khanum (cash: 150 tumans). 5/1/1861

Haji Mulla Husayn's settlement, 1884
The document reads, in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled his property in Sarshur district to his two underage sons, Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Baqir and Aqa Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli. Until thirty years from the date of this document, the benefits of the settled property are for Haji Mulla Husayn. Settlement between Mah Sultan and Aqa Mirza Kuchak, 1928
Hajiyah Bibi [Khayr al-Nisa’ Baygum Mah Sultan], the wife of the late Haj ‘Abd al-Husayn Sahib Amin al-Tujjar, has transferred all of her belongings to Aqa Mirza Kuchak, the son of her daughter, a descendent of the late Muhammad Sahib Amin al-Tujjar, in exchange for one-fourth of a rupee, with two conditions: first, that Hajiyah Bibi retains the right to spend these belongings for the next twenty lunar years; second, that after Hajiyah Bibi's death, Aqa Mirza Kuchak spend five hundred rupees for her funeral and charity in addition to hiring someone to fast and pray on her behalf.

Settlement between ‘Abd al-Nur, son of Khvajah ‘Abd al-Nur, and his paternal uncle, Lutf Allah, over the inheritance from his mother, the daughter of Khvajah Muhammad Rafi‘, in exchange for eight tumans. The inheritance includes her mahr, clothing, and some money.

Settlement of ‘Aliyah Khanum and Sakinah Khanum, 1932
Haji Isma‘il ‘Arab had assigned one thousand five hundred tumans for each of his daughters, ‘Aliyah Khanum and Sakinah Khanum, and appointed Haji Muhammad Husayn as the executor of his will and guardian of his daughters. According to this settlement between Mir’at al-Saltanah, on behalf of ‘Aliyah Khanum and Sakinah Khanum, and Ra’is al-Vikalah and Mirza Salman from Haris, on behalf of Haji Muhammad Husayn, the two sisters should be paid an amount of two thousand five hundred tumans from the assets owned by Ahmad Aqa and ‘Ali Aqa, the sons of Haji Isma‘il.
